Alraune Concept Sketches

Introducing Alraune, Marluxia and Larxene's son, second child, and Rico's most trusted friend.

Despite him taking after his mother (or momma, as he loved to call her), the entire Organization wholeheartedly agree that Alraune is so much like his father - polite, cunning, calculated and downright deceiving in appearance - one moment he can be so nice and sweet to you and the next moment you'd find that he just stabbed you in the back. Such is Alraune's nature, one that Marluxia is darn well proud of. However, he does take a bit of Larxene's tendency to jump the gun and is quite short-tempered when taunted. Despite that, he has a rather moderate temper and isn't easily deterred by most things...except maybe the constant teasing he has to endure from his elder sister.

Since he's one of the four only children of the Organization, he considers Rico as a brother - a brother he can trust and show his best around. Despite his manipulative nature, Alraune is loyal to Rico - even if Rico isn't the heir to the Organization and the World that Never Was, he'd stick behind Rico's back no matter what it takes. Like Rico, Alraune also wishes to complete Kingdom Hearts for the purpose of creating a brand new heart for his parents, containing their Nobody memories - to him it was heartbreaking to know that his parents had to pretend to have feelings for his sake, and he wanted to change that. It was unfair that he had a heart and his beloved parents didn't. He admits feeling jealous of Rico since he, at least, had one parent who had a heart of her own to genuinely love him.

Alraune has the same ability of manipulating nature like his father, and because of this Xemnas decided to give him his own Nobodies to control as well. In addition, Alraune wields the same weapon as Marluxia, which has the colors of both his parents' weapons, connoting the close bond he has with them.

In terms of appearance, Alraune's hair is a spiky blonde that is tousled on the right side of his head, which falls to his shoulders. The left part is spikier and slightly messier. His eyes, though blue, takes on the same blue as Marluxia's rather than Larxene's.
