Range Concept Sketches

Wait. This is a DBZ OC.

I always wondered whether Vegeta and Bulma even had a child that actually looks like Vegeta for once, or else why would Vegeta Jr look the way he is? Actually Range (pronounced like Renji) is supposed to be a descendant about 3 generations down the line but I decided to cut the crap and make him Vegeta's 3rd kid instead.

That, and because I wanted someone to complete Alraune and Rico.

Appearance-wise, Range, or Range Briefs, takes on Vegeta's outward appearance save for a few things: brownish hair, blue eyes and pale skin.

Range is as dedicated as Vegeta, but also as reckless as Bulma (think Bulma of the original DB series and you'll kinda get the idea of what Range is like) in every sense of the world. And unlike Vegeta, he's rather down-to-earth, but when it comes to intelligence he shows it off like crazy. He's branded "the next Briefs genius" - he shows great kinesthetic skill and knowledge at an early age like his mother, and at 16 he already designed his own airship.

Range is a very hands-on fighter - nothing brings out the most satisfaction than breaking a few jaws in a street brawl. And despite the rest of the Z-Fighters' tendency to focus on hand-to-hand combat, Range isn't afraid to experiment with various weapons - he, in fact, prefers using weapons more than using his fists. To him there's risk at every corner in life - and that excites him.

Range, however, has a very weak left arm, and he admits that his attacks are far less powerful if he uses his left arm - which is why he would be at a disarray if his right arm is injured during a battle. He can be too calculative about even the smallest of matters - he'd never stop nitpicking on the many possibilities that could go wrong in an event, causing him to panic easily. On the other, hand, this allows him to be fully prepared for the worst of situations.

Range has nothing to do with Rico and Alraune but I think it'll be fun for these three to cross paths eventually.
