FIRST TIME I'VE EVER DRAWN FROM A BIRD'S EYE ANGLE ORZ ORZ ORZ

Well, Kuroshitsuji ain't a bad anime - especially since it has gorgeous butlers in it. >) Sebby-kun WAAAA

*Ahem*

Well. here it is - a bit of a sample for my Z-Butlers challenge (please read my recent journal for more info), and something I actually did for fun. I owe it to Vegeta - I haven't drawn him for such a long time.

I'm going to be smacked with a halibut for this. >.>;;

I love this so much I might just make an ID out of this.

Work Process:

Standard sketching, inking and coloring over period of 3 days (hey, I was busy okay?), finished as 10 a.m. during Law class.

OF COURSE! When there be art, there also be references. I've actually referenced Vegeta from this GODAWESOME photo of *selfoblivion's excellent cosplay of Claude Faustus.

Tools of the trade:

Done with Staedler Luna 48s Color Pencils and Faber-Castell Classic Color Pencils 36s - handy stuff for when Prismacolor is as available as a needle in a haystack.

Fixed in Photoshop as the scanner faded the colors a bit.
